The Eagles Club and Beetles appreciates the opportunity to assist you in planning your upcoming event. We pledge to provide you and your guests with friendly service, quality food, and refreshing drinks. The following policies will help us in accommodating your function.

Hall rental fees are due at the date of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE after a 10 business day period from this date. There are no exceptions.

Beetles have exclusive catering privileges for functions booked at the Eagles Club. We comply with state and local health codes. Outside catered food is not allowed, cakes from a licensed kitchen are acceptable.

The guaranteed number of meals must be received 10 days prior to your event. You are billed for the guarantee given, so accuracy is encouraged. Tax and gratuity are not included and will be added to bill. Payment is to be made in full at this time, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept Master Card/Visa.

Hall rental includes:

Clean up of hall at the conclusion of event.
Banquet tables and chairs.
Club will be open at 8:00am unless other arrangements are made.

Renters Responsibility

Hall set up of items not offered by Eagles/Beetles.
Remove any personal belongings at end of Function.
Anything not removed will be disposed of and not be the responsibility of the Eagles Club Aerie 2228 or Beetles.
All entertainment must be concluded no later than 12:30am.
Last call for alcohol is 12:30am.
All guests are to be gone by 1:00am.
Any DAMAGE by renter or guests is the responsibility of the renter.

All Kegs, Pop, and Alcohol must be purchased thru the Eagles Club.
Cash bar includes Bartender at $25.00/hr
